TERMS OF SERVICE

☕General Rules
<sub>- Commissions are based on queue (First come first served).
- Please provide at least one reference for the commission request. (If it is a character I am unfamiliar with, please tell me more about them so I can draw them more in character!)
- I have the right to decline a commission I may be uncomfortable with, or unable to draw due to complexity of request.
- Upon approval of the finalized artwork, the commissioner will receive a 300 dpi digital copy of the drawing in PNG and JPEG format through email or google drive.
- PSD file format may be requested.
- No physical copy will be provided.</sub>

☕Usage Policy
<sub>- For personal use only. Please discuss with me if it is for commercial use.
- You are free to post or use the commissioned art for profile pictures or banners on social media, but please don’t forget to credit me.
- Unless requested otherwise, I am allowed to post the finished artwork on social media with watermarks.
- I am allowed to include the commissioned artwork for my portfolio.
- Do not use the commissioned art for AI or NFT purposes.</sub>

☕Payment
<sub>- Payment must be made upfront (Ko-fi or Paypal).
- Strictly no refunds (unless circumstances would render me incapable of delivering the art commission).
- The prices listed are base rates. Depending on the complexity, there may be additional charges.</sub>

☕Process
<sub>Will send updates from time to time, specifically, on the sketch, color, and final artwork. Updates will also be sent during revisions.

For step by step process:

- First I will send a sketch based on the commission request.
- Max 2 revisions for sketch.
- Upon approval, I will proceed with the lineart and base colors.
- Only minor revisions are allowed during coloring. No major revisions (i.e. changing the poses, outfits, concept, and etc.) are allowed past this point or there will be additional fees.
- Once finished, up to 3 minor revisions will be accepted for the review of the final artwork. Again, no major revisions are allowed at this point.
- Upon approval of the finalized artwork, you will receive a 300 dpi digital copy of the drawing in PNG and JPEG format through email or google drive.
- PSD file format may be requested.
- No physical copy will be provided.</sub>

☕Violations
_{Violations of any of these terms, or any other additional terms as agreed upon by both parties, will result in blacklisting from being commissioned.}
